One of our most notable projects recently involved working alongside Downing Construction on First Street. The brief required the installation of a lift shaft call button - it may seem like a simple task, but it requires great precision.
Using a compact diamond drill and rig, we created 25mm diameter holes at a precise 30-degree angle.
In high-rise construction, space is often at a premium, and existing services must be avoided at all costs; otherwise, they will have a building-wide disruption, setting them back months. Our ability to provide vibration-free drilling meant that we could work deep within the structure whilst the surrounding services could remain untouched and undamaged.

Further West, our teams have been crucial in several large-scale fit-outs in Liverpool. Working with Legacie Developments, we supported an electrical fit-out for a new city centre residential building. This project required core drilling through reinforced concrete above several doorways in order to establish new electrical systems throughout the property.
The challenge here was the proximity to finished areas. In this renovation, we were working in a ‘live’ environment where other trades are active and are finishing off different areas.
Fortunately, our equipment captures dust as the drilling proceeds using water-fed systems. We are then able to maintain a clean site and prevent debris from migrating to other parts of the building.
This level of care is uniform across all of our used materials. Whether we are cutting through heavy-duty concrete or drilling into plaster for internal utility access, the initial goal and finished process is always a ‘clean cut’ finish.
