We were asked to support one of our civil contractors, Alliance, on a residential development in Derbyshire. The project involved modifying precast concrete garden walls at a number of new build homes, cutting them down to varying finished heights to suit the final landscaping and boundary layouts.

We were brought in by Wynnes Construction to carry out specialist concrete cutting and removal works at Wrexham University. The task was to remove an existing concrete wall section where a window opening was being converted into a new doorway.

We were recently asked to support DT Hughes on a project in Liverpool that required specialist trench cutting through reinforced concrete. The trenches were needed to accommodate new service runs, and the work required accurate, controlled cutting to a depth of 320mm.

We were recently asked to support JKC Stitch Drilling at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool. The project involved drilling through heavily reinforced concrete to a depth of 1.1 metres, creating openings that would later be removed using Brokk demolition to form the space for new escalator stairs.

We were recently called to Pencoed, South Wales, by Bluma to assist with specialist drilling work at a new energy centre. The task was to drill a series of precise 22mm core holes that would allow oil motors to be securely bolted to the ground.

We were called to Clydach, Abergavenny, in South Wales by Wizard Eco after their plumbers ran into some trouble while trying to drill core holes through sandstone walls. The team had given it their best shot, but the dense and uneven nature of the sandstone made it a tough task - so they called in our team of CHAS-accredited diamond drilling contractors.
