We were recently called to Derby by Unbrako Precast Concrete to assist with a specialist job on one of their manufacturing sites. The task was to core a series of 152mm diameter holes directly over pre-cast 110mm holes, allowing for cables to be installed once the units were complete.
We were recently asked by Zenith Flooring to carry out chasing work for electrical floorboxes at a site in Milton Keynes. The original plan was to complete 60 metres of chasing and 17 floorboxes. However, once on site, the project scope expanded significantly, with us cutting around 450m of chasing and 18 floorboxes in total.
A new project with Icon Construction in Wrexham presented us with a specific and intricate challenge: creating an opening for a new lift shaft. The task was not just about cutting a hole in a concrete slab, but about doing so with a high degree of precision and control.

We recently got the chance to work with a company called Arteria on a really interesting project in Liverpool's St Paul's Square. They needed some specialist help with floor sawing and removing concrete inside an office building. The plan was to create a 5-meter-long, 700mm-wide trench, plus two service hole boxes, so a new foul drain could be installed.
We were recently approached by a new client, Switch Property Development, to assist with their latest project in Chapel Lane, Overton. Switch Property Development had an exciting new housing project on their hands, a six-unit, semi-detached development. They needed a very specific and precise service for the properties’ water supply.
